Our Underlay Reduces noise transfer between floors (acoustic rated). We have Fast turnaround time for orders – Same day or Next day delivery including onsite delivery. We have Next day delivery for Regional areas as well ,including ACT. We deliver to the US and Europe the turn around time for this is 4 weeks.

We have Friendly and reliable customer service (8am to 6pm– Mon to Sat). Our Customer service Team specialises in Flooring and can assist you with any technical questions over the phone. Our team has extensive experience working with Retailers and Commercial Flooring Companies.

We don’t use any toxic or hazardous chemicals in the manufacturing of our Underlays. Our Underlays are fully Recyclable, we also have recycling programme in place where we are able to recycle used Cloudwalk Underlay for our clients.

Our Carpet Underlay has very low VOC emissions and this ensures that the indoor air quality remains healthy.

WE HAVE RECYLING PROCEDURES IN PLACE, CLIENTS CAN DROP OF THEIR USED CLOUDWALK CARPET UNDERLAY(CLASSIC, SUPERIOR, PRESTIGE, EXCELLENCE, OPULENCE, FR, DUALBOND, PLUSH) AT THEIR COST TO OUR WAREHOUSE AND WE CAN RECYCLE IT FOR THEM.
